Agustín Miranda is a self-taught Uruguayan chef whose family has been immersed in gastronomy for two generations. He started his career from scratch in 1999, where he traveled to Spain to work on his own projects and learn from established chefs, including Martin Berasategui. At the age of 38, he returned to Uruguay to open and run Autoría, a first-of-its-kind restaurant that combines the art of Mediterranean cuisine with Uruguayan cuisine. Autoría offers traditional dishes infused with creativity to deliver exceptional experiences drawn from Miranda’s global journey.
