Sebastien Lepinoy has been in the culinary industry since 1990. He has built his career around transforming restaurants and their teams into notable, award-winning establishments. Lepinoy has earned several Michelin stars, and his contributions and restaurant have also been recognized by Forbes Travel Guide and World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Serving as director of culinary & operations at Les Amis, three Michelin star restaurant in Singapore, 2021 and number 13 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list 2019, Lepinoy remains heavily influenced by Parisian haute cuisine and continues to push boundaries to create unique dishes.
