Card Member Entrance

Access through the American Express® Card Member Entrance at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL is available to American Express Card Members. American Express Card Members may bring in guests, provided all parties are present upon entry and possess a valid event ticket. The American Express Card Member Entrance will be accessible for designated sporting and entertainment events at Hard Rock Stadium. To gain entry to Hard Rock Stadium through the American Express Card Member Entrance, you must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The American Express Card Member Entrance may not be open for all Hard Rock Stadium events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into Hard Rock Stadium is subject to both the terms and conditions that govern your use of a Hard Rock Stadium event ticket (available at https://www.hardrockstadium.com/terms-and-conditions) and any other rules or policies set by Hard Rock Stadium and/or event organizers.

Card Member Lane at Team Store

American Express® Card Members may obtain access to the Card Member Lane at the Hard Rock Stadium primary retail store, which is on the South Plaza. To access the Card Member Lane, Card Members must show their valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards) to an American Express Brand Ambassador for validation. All purchases must be made with an American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
