‘Tato’ Giovannoni, a world-renowned mixologist and graphic designer, opened his bar, Florería Atlántico, in 2013 and in the same year, made the list of World’s 50 Best Bars. In 2017, he won the Highest Climber Award, in 2019, achieved the No.3 spot for World’s 50 Best Bars, and in 2020 won the title of Altos Bartenders’ Bartender. Today, Florería holds the position of the No. 5 in World’s 50 Best Bars list and Best Bar in South America.

BANNIE

Infuenced by her Asian roots, Bannie’s strong determination and independence has taken her to great heights as an exceptional and innovative bartender in the industry. She was the first Asian woman to win a global cocktail competition and lives by the motto, “Be real, be humble, and chase your passion.” Winner of Diageo World-Class Bartender in 2019, Bannie Kang was named the most respected bartender in the region, receiving the only peer-voted accolade, Mancino Bartenders’ Bartender in 2021.

KEITH

Keith is Head Bartender at the speakeasy, Charles H., at Four Seasons Seoul where he currently oversees all bar operations at the hotel. He has led the team to continuously be No. 1 Best Bar in Korea, and has continued its sixth consecutive year in Asia’s 50 Best Bars list, climbing to its highest ever ranking of No. 13 Best Bar in Asia. In 2020, Charles H. was the first bar in Korea to make World’s 50 Best Bars list, ranking No. 42 in 2021.
