Cheryl Koh is a Singaporean award-winning pastry chef who runs the pastry kitchen at the three Michelin-starred restaurant called Les Amis and at the French patisserie called Tarte by Cheryl Koh. Tarte by Cheryl Koh offers a seasonal range of artisanal tarts made with a variety of high-quality ingredients and produce sourced both locally and around the world that are baked from scratch every morning. In 2016, Cheryl Koh was named ‘Asia’s Best Pastry Chef’ by the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant List Awards which highlights her passion and the craftsmanship that is exquisitely presented in her tarts and desserts.
