Chef Natsuko Shoji is a renowned Japanese chef who combines French cooking techniques, her love for seasonal Japanese ingredients and a deep passion for fashion at her exclusive restaurant Été.

Born and raised in Tokyo, Shoji connected at a young age with both her love for style, which she inherited from her mother, and her interest in baking.

After working as a pastry chef in French fine dining Le Jeu de l’Assiette, she began to gain popularity in gastronomy as the Sous Chef for the 2 Michelin Star restaurant Florilége which was ranked No. 7 by the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List of 2021. In 2014, Shoji opened her exclusive tart shop, Été.

In 2020, Shoji’s was named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
