Life can be so relaxed. At least for American Express members. Because if you have tickets for an event at the Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin, you can conveniently reserve your access to the American Express Lounge at the American Experiences Desk in the Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin.
To access the American Express Lounge, you will need a valid ticket for the event and an American Express Card. You can buy your tickets right here for your convenience. And the best thing is: access to the lounge is independent of your chosen ticket category.
And this is how easy it is to gain access: Before the start of the event, register with your ticket and your personal American Express card at the American Express Reception Desk directly on the 2nd floor (block 202 level) of the Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin. And we'll take care of the rest.
By the way, the way to your lounge is just as convenient. Immediately after registering at the reception desk, you can make the short journey to the very top: We are waiting for you on the 3rd floor, right next to the World Dinner Restaurant!
Amex Suite:
As an Amex Premium cardholder, you can experience the next concert in the exclusive American Express Suite of the Mercedes Benz Arena.
Enjoy the perfect view from the suite balcony or book an upholstered bar stool at the counter of the suite balustrade. The tickets include drinks such as soft drinks, wines by the glass, various beers and coffee as well as a car park ticket on request.
Please note that the tickets will only be available from the official pre-sale start at the earliest. You can find all available or bookable tickets online at any time via the Experiences app. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pre-order, waitlist or backorder tickets, not even via our Lifestyle Service.
