INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ML LYRES NON ALCOHOLIC GIN
  • 30ML SEAWEED VERJUS
  • TOP STRAWBERRY & PLUM SODA
  • SEAWEED & STRAWBERRY

DESCRIPTION

Macerate strawberries with water and sugar for 48 hours and then add 10 pitted prunes lets macerate 12 hs. Filtered and set in a sifon.

Macerate for 7 hours and fine strain

Renato “Tato” Giovannoni grew up by the sea, in Pinamar, on Argentina’s Atlantic Coast, and worked with his father in the gastronomy industry from a very young age. He later moved to Buenos Aires, where he studied to be a Publicist and where he got the opportunity to be in charge of some of the capital city’s most important bars. 
In 2013, Giovannoni opened Florería Atlántico, his most acknowledged project, a Bar extravagantly located until today in a hidden basement of a Flower Shop on Buenos Aires’ elegant Arroyo Street. The menu, created as a tribute to the diverse immigration currents Argentina received, helped position the country’s cocktail culture on the international map and also ensured Florería Atlántico was ranked on the list of the 50 Best Bars of the World.
In 2019, it achieved position No.3 of The World’s 50 Best Bars, the highest ever rank for a Latin American bar on the list. 
In 2020, Florería Atlántico is still recognized with the award of Best Bar in Latin America, currently holding No.5 on the list of The World’s 50 Best Bars 2021. 
Also in 2020, Giovannoni was awarded with the only peer-voted accolade on the World’s 50 Best Bars List: the Altos Bartender’s Bartender Award, reserved only for those who “see beyond the limits of what being a bartender means”. 
In 2021 Giovannoni created a Florería Atlántico POP UP Bar in Dubai and has recently opened Abajo, a Bar in London that revolves around Argentina's Popular Culture. 
This way, Giovannoni became a businessman with multiple ventures, employing today over 200 people.  Besides Florería Atlántico, Giovannoni has 6 more gastronomic venues in Buenos Aires (Rotisería Atlántico, Chori, Las Patriotas, Fortificados Balestrin, Sando and Chontonería), 3 more in other provinces in Argentina (Gintonería in Córdoba and Rosario and Delta also in Rosario). He has been also fabricating his own distilled drinks. His GIN, called Príncipe de los Apóstoles, was the first spirit of its category produced in Latin America and is being exported today to 25 countries. The GIN was followed by a brand of vermouth, tonic water, beers, canned drinks, and vodka. Giovannoni is getting ready to launch more products soon.
