Philip Bischoff, a bartender originally from Berlin, Germany, started his career at 23, learning mixology at catering events and then working in nightclubs. At 27, he joined Le Lion - Bar de Paris, which won Best New International Bar at Tales of the Cocktail. He also achieved recognition at Amano in Berlin, earning Best Hotel Bar and Bar Team at the Mixology Bar Awards in 2013. In 2015, Philip became Bar Manager at Manhattan in Regent Singapore, where he set up a rickhouse, introduced unique cocktails, and launched the American Whiskey Embassy Program in 2017. Manhattan became a top-ranking bar globally. Currently, at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, Philip oversees all bar operations and serves as Beverage Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Asia Pacific, guiding concepts, mixology, and menus for the region's hotels.
